Interesting..............

I have to admit that I am kind of enjoying all of the fallout from Jack "No bribe is too good for me to pass up" Abramoff pleading guilty to several federal charges. Abramoff has been in the news for months now, and from what I had read I thought deciding he was guilty was a no brainer. Now I see I was right. But the best part of this is all of the Republicans who once defended him and were pretty tight with him now doing their best to distance themselves from him.

Many in the gov't who have received donations from him or his various groups he was affiliated with are now returning the money or donating it to charity. What I find interesting is that, at least from the story at the link below, it looks more democrats are keeping such money than are republicans. Okay, that is not a real shocker since Dems don't have too much risk of Karl Rove and the Republican dirty tricks machine using this against them, but its still kind of amusing.

Can't wait to hear what pill popper (Limbaugh) and lackey (Hannity) have to say about good ol' Jack. One person really in deep shit now that Abramoff has plead guilty? You guessed it, none other than good ol Dirty Tom DeLay. Stay tuned for more on that, should be interesting.

More proof of evolution

This latest uttering from Pat Robertson is yet more evidence that man has evolved from dogshit. You can always count on Pat to say something incredibly fucking dumb at just the wrong time. This time he is saying that the massive stroke just suffered by Israeli chieftain Ariel Sharon is indeed the wrath of god for dividing his land. You just can't help but ask yourself "No one is really that dumb are they?", but yet with good ol right wing, bible thumpin Pat you actually could be convinced that he is that damn dumb.

Wouldn't you just feel like a stupid mofo if you were a follower of Pat's when this story broke?
